Due to continued growth and increasing demand, Sands Fridge Lines (SFL) is seeking a motivated and driven Senior Commercial Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role
Reporting to the Major Accounts Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership, operations, finance, and key customers to develop, manage, and maintain SFL’s pricing models and rate structures across major tenders, renewals, and customer contracts.
You will play a pivotal role in commercial decision-making, delivering data-driven insights and solutions that support revenue growth and long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead commercial pricing models for new business, contract renewals, and extensions

Provide detailed rate analysis and strategic recommendations to support customer negotiations

Maintain and govern customer rate tables, including fuel surcharges and material change events

Ensure pricing integrity and accurate billing outcomes across all contracts

Deliver data-driven insights to support revenue growth and customer engagement

Benchmark pricing against competitors and industry standards to maintain market competitiveness

Monitor billing trends to identify risks and opportunities, including potential revenue leakage

Investigate and resolve rate-related billing discrepancies in collaboration with finance and operations teams

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance billing accuracy, efficiency, and processes
About You
You are a commercially astute analyst with a strong background in transport and warehousing pricing. You enjoy working with data, building robust pricing models, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
You bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. While industry experience is important, your attitude, energy, and problem-solving approach are equally valued.
What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field

4–6 years’ experience in a commercial, pricing, sales, or billing analyst role (transport and warehousing preferred)

Proven experience in pricing models, rate structures, and billing processes within logistics environments

Experience with TMS and WMS platforms (highly regarded)

Strong time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
