About the Role
As an Operational Team Manager (OTM), you’ll lead, support and develop a team of corporate travel professionals while ensuring consistently high standards of service for our clients.
You’ll be responsible for creating a positive, high-performing team environment, supporting day-to-day operational delivery and ensuring team and client expectations are met. Working closely with your team and key stakeholders, you’ll use your leadership, communication and problem-solving skills to drive performance, resolve challenges and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This role would suit an experienced people leader with a background in the travel industry who enjoys developing others, building strong client relationships and driving operational excellence.
About You
- Proven people leadership or management experience, ideally within corporate travel
- Previous travel industry experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of travel systems and technology
- Demonstrated ability to coach, support and develop team members
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting capability
