The Opportunity
Join UPA and make a real difference by helping older people live independently in their own homes while staying connected to their community. We currently have multiple opportunities to join our Western Region team based in (Location).
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualised care using a person-centred approach as per client care plans
- Assist with personal care, medications, transport, and respite services
- Provide everyday living support such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping, and meal preparation
- Complete accurate and timely reporting of client services
- Identify and report client risks via our incident management system
What You’ll Need:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (highly desirable)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel
- Registered and insured vehicle
- Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence in using technology
