About the Role

As a DANS Care Worker, you’ll be making a difference where it really counts—supporting people to live their best lives at home and in the community.

Every day is different, but your role may include:

Assisting clients with personal care, meals, medication, and daily routines
Driving clients to appointments, shopping trips, or social activities
Being a friendly face and trusted companion
Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing in everything you do

You’ll work alongside a supportive team, with plenty of training and check-ins to make sure you feel confident and valued.

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or similar (preferred)
Experience in aged care, disability, or community support
Current driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
Current Police Check (we reimburse the cost if required)
Willingness to complete First Aid/CPR
Most importantly: A kind, reliable, compassionate nature and a genuine commitment to helping others
