Flexologist (Assisted Stretch Practitioner) – StretchLab Roseville

About the Role

StretchLab Roseville is seeking passionate movement professionals to join our team as Flexologists.

A Flexologist is a trained assisted stretch practitioner who delivers one-on-one stretch sessions to improve flexibility, mobility, performance, and overall wellbeing. This role is ideal for professionals such as personal trainers, massage therapists, and Pilates or yoga instructors who are looking to expand their skillset into a highly specialised and in-demand modality.

All successful candidates complete our proprietary Flexologist Training Program™, equipping you with the knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver safe, effective, and results-driven stretch sessions.

StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching. Our mission is to help clients “Live Long” by improving movement, reducing pain and tension, and enhancing performance.

Our team includes professionals from diverse backgrounds including personal training, remedial massage, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, yoga, and Pilates. We pride ourselves on delivering a premium, personalised client experience backed by science and supported by ongoing education.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to individual client needs
Lead small group stretch classes (up to 6 clients)
Motivate, educate, and support clients to achieve their movement goals
Ensure client safety through correct technique and adherence to studio protocols
Build strong client relationships to support membership growth and retention
Assist with studio tours and support the team with client engagement and sales
Maintain studio presentation, cleanliness, and equipment standards
Participate in team meetings and ongoing education sessions
Contribute to a positive studio culture and community presence

About You

You are a people-focused movement professional who enjoys hands-on work and building genuine client relationships.

Preferred backgrounds include:

Certificate II or above in fitness
Personal Training
Remedial / Sports Massage Therapy
Physiotherapy or allied health (students welcome)
Pilates or Yoga Instruction
Degree in a health related field (eg. Chiropractic, Physiotherapy or working towards)

You will bring:

A passion for mobility, flexibility, and helping people move better
Experience in a hands-on or coaching-based environment
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with clients
A warm, professional, and reliable approach to your work
A desire to learn and grow within a premium wellness environment

Training Requirement

All Flexologists must complete our Flexologist Training Program™, which includes:

~20 hours of online learning
3 days of in-person, hands-on training
