We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Warwick, located at Warwick, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.
What you’ll do

Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF

Inspire and mentor Educators within your room

Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment

Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
-
Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play-based experiences
What you’ll bring

A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) or Working Towards

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification

Current - Working with Children Check for QLD.
- Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment

Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
