Full Job Description

As the Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all administration processes and provide day to day administration support to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the business.

Position located at the Warwick Recycling Facility for Part-time hours of 32 hours per fortnight.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide site administrative support to Recycling Manager and other staff as required,
Organise and assist with roster, meetings, appointments, and events
Handle office correspondence including phone calls, direct and respond to inquiries and mail distribution.
Assist in the preparation and formatting of contract-based reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure the organization of documents (both physical and digital).
Provide financial administration support by processing invoices, managing purchase orders, banking and reconciliation

Ideal Applicant:

Previous experience in an administration role including financial administration.
Certificate 3 in Business Administration an advantage but not essential.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
