We own and manage farms, factories, and distribution channels, ensuring complete control over the essential aspects of bringing livestock from paddock to plate.

We have a current vacancy for a safety focused Supervisor - Electrical Maintenance to join our team located in Warrnambool, Victoria. In this role, you will be required to work alongside a crew of like-minded tradespeople to deliver maintenance onsite.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the electrical maintenance team
Allocate work tasks and resources to ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently and safely
Provide technical support, coaching, and mentoring to electricians and apprentices
Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Lead complex fault-finding activities on electrical, mechanical, and automated systems
Coordinate contractors and external service providers when required
Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action implementation

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

Electrical Trade Certificate (A-Grade Electrical Licence)
Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor, Leading Hand, or Senior Electrician role
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, machinery, automation, and fault finding
Experience within manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, or similar industrial environments highly regarded
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
