Full Job Description

About the Role

Ongoing part-time (up to 32 hours per week) or casual roles available.

As an Enrolled Nurse with MHS you will be working with a diverse range of patients and residents as well as their families and carers.

You will plan, co-ordinate and implement agreed care plans in collaboration with patients, residents, families, carers and colleagues, ensuring accurate documentation is available for other clinicians to evaluate progress.

About You

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

Diploma of Nursing
Current AHPRA registration with approved qualification in administration of medicines with an Administration of Medication scope up to four routes.
Good understanding of your scope practice and role in delegation process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport with clients, their families, carers and colleagues
Motivation and passion to provide the best care to every person, every time
Strong time management skills

Moyne Health Services is a public, not for profit, integrated healthcare service that helps meet community healthcare needs in Port Fairy and surrounding districts in the Moyne Shire. Employing more than 200 people, MHS operates a 12 bed acute hospital, 2 Aged Care Residences with a total of 82 beds, primary and community care services, social support group programs and Allied Health Services.
