We are currently seeking a Casual Administrator to support our Warrnambool Civil and Production teams. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied administration role within a busy operational environment.
This role will provide day-to-day administrative support to our Warrnambool operations and includes:

Answering phone calls and greeting visitors to site

Managing emails, filing and general office administration

Processing purchase orders and invoices
-
Assisting with customer enquiries and follow-ups
-
Organising travel and accommodation when required
-
Ordering office supplies, uniforms and PPE
-
Maintaining employee training and competency records
-
Assisting with onboarding administration for new employees
-
Updating records and information in company systems
-
Supporting reporting and other administrative tasks as required
You'll be someone who enjoys keeping things organised and takes pride in getting the details right. You're happy working in a team environment but can also manage your own workload and work independently when required.
You will ideally have:

Previous administration, reception or office support experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and customer service skills

A positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

Strong organisational and time management skills

Confidence using Microsoft Office programs

The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

A flexible and proactive approach to work
Previous experience supporting a civil, construction, manufacturing or operational business will be highly regarded but is not essential.
