What You'll Be Responsible For

You'll take ownership of a defined territory and be responsible for
- Winning new customers and growing market share
- Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Developing long-term relationships with dairy, beef and sheep producers
- Growing profitable revenue while protecting margin
- Understanding each customer's production system and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
- Working alongside our Nutrition & Technical Services team to deliver practical feeding solutions
- Using Dynamics CRM to manage opportunities, forecasts and customer relationships.
- Collaborating with Mill Managers and Operations to ensure we consistently deliver on our promises.
- You'll spend far more time on farms than behind a desk—and that's exactly how we like it.
What Success Looks Like After 90 Days
