Full Job Description

Become part of Sparrow Early Learning Waterford Rise - where you’re more than an educator, you’re a magical spark lighting up little minds and bright futures!

As a Relief Educator you will be on call to support our team of permanent Educators. You will develop and maintain meaningful relationships with our children, families and the team across varies studio and locations. Our Educators support and guide children’s learning through creating and maintaining fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments.

What you’ll need:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
Current Working with Children Check
Mandatory National Child Safety Training
Monday to Friday / Open to Close availability
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Experience with Storypark is a bonus
First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
