Baw Baw Pools are looking for an Operations Coordinator for the 2026-27 summer season!
There are 6 Aquatic Facilities in the YMCA Baw Baw Contract, these are located at the following aquatic sites:

About the role
As a Operations Coordinator at Baw Baw Outdoor Pools, you will assist in managment of the Duty Manager and Lifeguard Team. You will assist in recruitment and onboarding and support the Aquatics Safety Coordinator with employee training and development in addition to rostering and timesheets. You will ensure the daily operations of the facilities are in line with contractual requirements, quality systems and industry guidelines. You will manage Health & Safety, Risk and Environment with the support of the Aquatics Safety Coordinator. You will oversee all facility maintenance and strategic asset management including contractor relationships. You will develop and optimize facility hire opportunities and manage all associated budgets and reporting.
This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of up to $35.48 + super.
About you

1-2 years leadership experience in aquatic facility operations.

Your demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills enable you to inspire and engage our duty manager team.

You possess strong organisational and multitasking abilities, allowing you to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise tasks.

You will have a comprehensive understanding of risk management practices and safety management systems
