Pinjarra Golf Club

Golf Operations Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Golf Operations Assistant to join our team at Pinjarra Golf Club. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for golf and outstanding customer service skills to contribute to the daily operations of a busy golf facility.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
Assist with the day-to-day operation of the golf shop and golf operations.
Process bookings, memberships, and retail sales.
Operate point-of-sale and booking systems efficiently.
Handle cash, EFTPOS, and daily reconciliations accurately.
Support golf competitions, events, and general course operations as required.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all patrons.

Essential Requirements

Previous golf industry experience.
Experience in cash handling and reconciliation.
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Current and valid driver's licence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Working knowledge of MiClub golf management software.
Experience using SwiftPOS point-of-sale systems.
