Full Job Description

About the position:

We are seeking a Receptionist / Member Services to join The Cruising Yacht Club WA. In this position, you will be working as part of a team to ensure a range of functions within the yacht club run smoothly and efficiently. As part of the role, you will be providing administrative and reception services to members, guests and visitors to the club. This is a part-time position 3 days per-week.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to administrative emails in a timely and professional manner.

· Coordinate and assist members enquiries including all aspects of the club membership using NorthStar Club Management Software

· Assist with event and function bookings as required

· Maintain the reception area keeping it tidy and presentable

· Support the upkeep and presentation of business premises, assist with filing, data entry, photocopying and scanning etc.

· Support other departments with administration tasks as needed.

About you:

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented administration professional with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to interact effectively with colleagues, members, and external stakeholders.

Tech-savvy and comfortable with various software applications, you are adept at streamlining processes and improving efficiency. Your ability to problem-solve, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively ensures smooth operations and that deadlines are met.

As a receptionist, you bring a proactive attitude to every challenge. You are a collaborative team player and a bright, welcoming presence at the office reception.
