Customer Advisor – Warialda, NSW
Location: our Warialda branch
Hours:
- Monday: 9:45 AM – 3:15 PM
- Wednesday: 9:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Pay: $32.50 per hour + superannuation + leave loading
What Your Day Might Look Like
Every day brings the chance to brighten someone’s experience. Key responsibilities are:
- Welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for their needs
- Open new accounts and guide customers through products and services suited to their goals
- Guide customers through our digital banking tools, helping them feel safe and empowered
- Keep customer details accurate and up to date
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to specialist teams for lending, insurance and other financial solutions
- Work toward clear performance targets
- Learn the essentials of banking while building strong, genuine relationships
- Grow your skills through ongoing training and development
About You
You don’t need a banking background to thrive here — just a caring nature, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
