Casual Educators & Early Childhood Teachers - Yarra Junction

Flexible casual work in a supportive, community-focused early learning service.

Looking for casual work where you'll feel welcomed, valued and supported from day one?

Cire Early Learning is seeking Casual Early Childhood Educators (Certificate III and Diploma qualified) and Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs) to join our team in Yarra Junction.

Whether you're looking for a few shifts a week, additional hours around other commitments, or an opportunity to experience a great service before moving into a permanent role, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll join a team that values collaboration, supports professional growth and understands the important role educators play in shaping children's early years.

What you'll be doing

As a Casual Educator or ECT, you'll:

Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Support high-quality play-based learning experiences.
Create warm, nurturing and inclusive environments where children thrive.
Contribute to children's learning and development through everyday interactions.
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
Maintain a safe environment and follow relevant policies, procedures and regulations.

What we're looking for

We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with children and bringing positive energy to the day.

You'll have:

Relevant and required qualifications (Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Bachelor of Education)
Current Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility and reliability.
A passion for helping children learn, grow and belong.
