We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Client Services Officer / Administration Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
This position is located at Maroochydore on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We are seeking a client-focused superstar who can support reception and our team with general administration and housekeeping duties as required. Your duties as our Client Services Officer / Administration Assistant will include but are not limited to:
· Welcoming clients and professionally answering and screening incoming calls
· Electronic collation and uploading of year-end client documentation for signing
· Assisting with the creation and management of work in progress
· Filing and maintaining confidential client documentation
· Processing lodgements with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
· Managing communications with government departments such as the ATO and ASIC
· Preparing and distributing our monthly client newsletter
· Assisting with digital marketing initiatives
· Managing debtors and following up on outstanding payments via email and text
· Assisting our principal with diary and email management
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
· Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an office administration role, preferably within an accounting firm
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and a strong comfort level with technology
· Experience working with Xero, XPM, FYI Docs, FuseSign is an advantage.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· An ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a busy environment
· A high level of professionalism, with a strong focus on confidentiality and ethical standards
