Louvre Shade is growing fast and we’re on the hunt for an absolute gun to join our install team. If you show up ontime, work hard, take pride in a clean finish and want to be part of something serious — keep reading.

About Us

Family-run business specialising in premium electrically operable louvre roofs across Perth (with the occasional South West/regional job). We do things properly — no shortcuts, no rushed jobs. Our clients pay good money for a premium product and they get it. That standard is non-negotiable.

The Role

Working alongside experienced installers:

Installing premium louvre roofs and outdoor structures
Assembling aluminium components to a high standard
Daily use of hand and power tools
Problem-solving on site and nailing the finishing details
Helping deliver jobs the team is genuinely proud of
Working across the Perth Metro on clients homes, building sites and commercial projects

Currently yard operating out of Baldivis. Picking up a company vehicle each morning is a big advantage — otherwise reliable transport to site is essential.

What You Bring

Non-negotiable:

Solid experience with hand tools and power tools
Strong work ethic — reliable, punctual, switched on
Sharp attention to detail, read and interpret plans
Ability to follow instructions, work safely and pull your weight
Permanent work rights in Australia

Highly regarded:

Aluminium fabrication experience — drilling, cutting, assembly
Background in patios, pergolas, glazing, carpentry or construction

$34–$45/hr depending on experience and above this range for the right person
Full-time, permanent - Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
