Our multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) is passionate about improving client outcomes.

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.
Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.

This is a full time (Monday - Friday), mobile role - servicing Aged Care homes in Yarrawonga, Myrtleford and Albury, VIC.
Open to 2 x Part Time Physiotherapists - hours based on location preferences.

You understand you are a key representative of Plena Healthcare in residential aged care and the wider community.

General AHPRA registration

Current Police Check or willingness to obtain

Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region

NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
