RIIWHS205E — Control Traffic with Stop-Slow Bat (valid until 1 Feb 2027).

RIIWHS302E — Implement Traffic Management Plans (valid until 1 Feb 2027).

RIISS00057 — Work Zone Traffic Management Skill Set.

RIISS00058 — Traffic Controller Skill Set.

RIISS00059 — Traffic Management Implementer Skill Set.
Heavy vehicle / TMA:

RIIRTM301E — Operate Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMA Operators only).

HR Licence — required for Pod Truck and TMA Operators.

Current Australian driver's licence.
Rail — non-negotiable for all rail projects:

Metro Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card.

Safely Access the Rail Corridor — SARC / SWIRC (TLIF0020).

Category 3 Rail Medical (current or able to obtain).

V/Line accreditation — desirable.
General construction & safety:

White Card — Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry.

HLTAID011 — Provide First Aid (desirable).

Ability to pass random Drug & Alcohol testing.
