Our client is looking for a Site Manager to oversee a newly secured project in Wandoan QLD. This role would suit a Site Manager or someone ready to step up into the position—making it a great opportunity for a foreperson/leading hand, aiming to advance their career.

About the Role:
As a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, working closely with an experienced Project Manager and Contracts Administrator to support you. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Managing site operations, resources, and schedules.
- Ensuring compliance with Australian Building Codes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Supporting project reporting and budget management.
This opportunity is strictly site-based in Wandoan QLD. We welcome applications from:

About You:
- Proven experience managing commercial construction sites in Australia, or a strong willingness to learn and step up into the role as the next move in your career.
- Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, construction processes, and safety regulations.
- Relevant trade qualifications and practical ‘boots on the ground’ experience.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to oversee budgets, schedules, and multiple site tasks.
- Australian Citizenship and an unrestricted driver’s license.
