Nursery labourer and despatch staff required / Wholesale production nursery, Yarra Valley. Victoria.
Reports to: Despatch Supervisor / senior management.
Work Hours: 3 to 5 workday day roles available.
We grow a very large range and hold generations of growing knowledge in-house. This role will suit those with a passion for plants and horticulture who also love to learn at work. Self-motivation qualities & time management skills are required. Physical fitness is required; this is a rain, hail or shine outdoor working environment with a very busy workflow. This role well suits those who enjoy being active, learning on the job and love plants! Prior horticultural work experience and strong references within a high-volume production nursery is preferred. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Daily ‘hands-on’ order preparation for timely despatch.
- Assist with stock movement, irrigation & quality control within the growing areas.
- Daily general nursery maintenance tasks to keep a clean & efficient workplace.

Pay: From $33.05 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 – 37.5 per week

Education:
- High School (Year 12) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Horticulture: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (Required)
- Manual Driver Licence (Preferred)
