Full Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ICT Support Test Technician to provide front-line technical support to our staff and systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping users resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Test software, systems and equipment to identify faults.
Test logistics applications such as warehouse management systems, transport management systems, inventory platforms, order management systems, scanning devices, tracking systems, and customer portals.
Review data, processes and technical documents.
Identify risks and areas that do not meet company standards.
Recommend corrective actions and system improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
Support system installation, upgrades and configuration.
Provide technical support and basic training to users.
Prepare and update technical guides, reports and system records.
Work with staff, management and service providers to resolve ICT issues.

Requirements:

Certificate IV or higher in Information Technology or related field.
3+ year of experience in an ICT support or helpdesk environment preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work through problems methodically.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wollert VIC
