Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our expanding team.
This role involves delivering mobile, community-based physiotherapy services to NDIS participants across various age groups. You will conduct assessments, develop individualised treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and contribute to participant goal achievement in line with their NDIS plan.
This is a flexible role is on a contractor basis, depending on availability and experience.

About the Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
- Completing functional capacity assessments
- Developing evidence-based therapy plans aligned with NDIS goals
- Providing in-home, community, or workplace physiotherapy services
- Delivering interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and overall function
- Falls prevention programs
- Manual handling assessments and recommendations
- Assistive technology recommendations within scope
- Writing clear, compliant, and detailed clinical reports
- Liaising with support coordinators, families, plan managers, and allied health professionals
- Contributing to positive risk management and participant safety planning
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
About You:
You will demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience working within the disability sector or community health setting
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework
- Ability to conduct functional assessments and produce high-quality reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, participant-centred approach
Desirable:
- Experience with neurological conditions, musculoskeletal conditions, or complex physical disabilities
- Experience with assistive technology and home modification recommendations
- Experience working with paediatric or adult participants
NDIS Compliance:
The successful applicant must have:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (if applicable)
- Current Police Check
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance (if contracting)
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance
Location:
Community-based role servicing participants. Travel between participant locations is required.
