We're looking for an Associate Dentist who wants more than a job. We're looking for someone who sees the potential here and wants to grow with us.
The Role
Part-time to start — Tuesdays plus either Wednesdays or Fridays — with very real scope to expand to full-time as your books build. This isn't a "fill the seat" arrangement. We're investing in the right person for the long term, which means we'll support you, develop you, and give you room to grow into something you're genuinely proud of.
What You'll Be Walking Into
A clinic where the experience is the point. We don't rush patients through and hope for the best. We take the time to explain what's happening, why it matters, and what their options are — in plain English, without the condescension. Patients leave here actually understanding their oral health, and that's not an accident. It's built into how we operate.

- Invisalign Clearly Select provider
- PERL 3D printed veneers
- Intraoral scanning as standard — so patients can see what you're seeing
- A brand and patient experience built from the ground up — warm, modern, completely non-judgmental
You won't be finding your own burs. You won't be working in a clinic that hasn't updated its systems since 2009. You'll be part of a practice that is constantly evolving — because good enough isn't good enough here.
Who We're Looking For
- AHPRA registered dentist with a minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Someone who genuinely loves talking to patients — not just treating them
- A natural communicator who can break down complex clinical information without dumbing it down
- Someone who believes that an informed patient is a better patient — and acts accordingly
- An eye for detail and a standard of care that goes beyond the appointment
- Long-term thinker. We're not interested in a stopgap. We want someone who sees where this is going and wants to be part of it.
