JUNIOR SALES REP – BDSA

BDS Mechanical is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. Working alongside our experienced Business Development Manager, you will travel throughout Queensland, build strong customer relationships, and support the development of new business opportunities across the mechanical, mining, and industrial sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity to start or advance your sales career with a well-established and expanding organisation. We offer ongoing training, mentorship, hands-on industry experience, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel with the Business Development team to customer and mine sites across Queensland
Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships
Support the identification of new business opportunities
Promote company services and capabilities to new and existing clients
Maintain accurate customer records and site visit reports
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Work collaboratively with workshop and operations teams to support customer needs

About You:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, confident, and eager to learn
Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
Willingness to travel regularly throughout Queensland
Good organisational and time management skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
Current Driver’s Licence required
Previous sales, customer service, or mechanical industry experience highly regarded but not essential
