Hi there,

We are looking for a local Shopify website designer/developer to help us refurbish and improve our current website.

We already have an existing website built on Shopify, but we are now wanting to refresh the overall look, improve the layout, add an online store, and make the website feel more professional, polished, and easy for our clients to use.

The main thing we are looking for is not just someone to build the website and disappear. We are looking for someone who can also educate us and guide us through the process. I would like to understand how to manage the website myself, including how to update products, change images, adjust pricing, manage the online store, and feel more confident using Shopify.

This would need to be done in person at our studio in Greystanes, Sydney. Ideally, this may involve 2–3 in-person appointments where we can sit together, go through the website, make changes, and teach me how everything works.

We are hoping to find someone local who can become an ongoing support person for our business whenever we need help with the website in the future. Almost like a trusted website/Shopify contact who understands our brand and can assist us as we grow.

What we need help with:

Refurbishing our current Shopify website
Improving the overall look and feel of the website
Adding and setting up an online store
Making the website easier to navigate
Uploading products, images, pricing, and descriptions
Teaching us how to use Shopify properly
Showing us how to make future updates ourselves
Providing ongoing support when needed

We are a fashion/couture business based in Greystanes, so someone who has an eye for design, branding, luxury/fashion, or e-commerce would be ideal.

Pay is open for discussion. We are happy to discuss whether this is paid per project, per session, or hourly once we have a chat over the phone and understand what is involved.
