About the role
The Sales Support Coordinator is an integral member of the Independent Pharmacy Sales Team. This role acts as the primary point of contact for selected groups, while also providing administrative and operational support to Senior Account Managers and Senior Sales team members. Our ideal candidate will have an interest in Group Management, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting sales activities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The key responsibilities will include:
- Creation of submissions for approval
- Artwork creation to support promotions
- POS selection to support promotions
- Create new product presentation including associated data/images for circulation
- Sales reports for Planogram reviews
- Forecasting preparation
- Processing orders
- New Lines, Submissions, Order Forms and Catalogue Artwork
- Ad hoc reports via multiple systems
- Arrange meetings and action post meeting tasks
- Spreadsheet and Template maintenance
- Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures.
This is a full-time in-office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Skills and Experiences:
About you
Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, with a high level of attention to detail
- Solid communication skills
- Highly motivated and organised
- Advanced level in Microsoft applications, in particular Excel
- Experience in forecasting would be highly regarded
- JDE systems experience will be an advantage
- Fast learner, highly adaptable with a 'can do attitude' are attributes essential in this fast paced environment
