About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional elite football coach to join our high-performance development environment. This is not a standard coaching role. The successful candidate will work directly with elite-level footballers through a combination of 1:1 high-performance coaching, full-time academy programs, and community development partnerships.

Our environment is designed for players who are serious about maximizing their potential. As a coach, you will play a key role in developing technically advanced, tactically intelligent, and mentally resilient footballers who aspire to compete at the highest levels of the game.

This role is ideal for a highly driven and ambitious coach who thrives in an elite performance setting and is passionate about developing players through structured, high-quality training environments.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver elite-level 1:1 and small group coaching sessions focused on individual player development.
Coach athletes within our full-time academy development programs, supporting high-performance training schedules.
Design and deliver advanced technical and tactical training sessions tailored to elite youth and emerging professional players.
Contribute to player performance analysis and development planning.
Work closely with academy leadership to maintain a high-performance culture and professional training environment.
Support and represent the academy through community partnerships and development programs.
Build strong relationships with players, parents, and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Assist in identifying and nurturing high-potential football talent.

Essential Requirements

Extensive playing experience at a professional, semi-professional, or elite competitive level.
Strong understanding of elite player development pathways.
Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality technical training sessions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to coach elite youth and emerging senior players in both individual and group environments.
Australian citizen or a candidate intending to remain in Australia long-term.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
