CASUAL FRONT OF HOUSE / BARISTA

Coffee Guru Wagga is Hiring!

We’re looking for a friendly, confident and experienced Front of House / Barista to join our team on a casual basis.

If you love great coffee, enjoy working with people and thrive in a busy café environment, we’d love to hear from you!

☕ About the Role

As part of our Front of House team, you’ll be responsible for:

Making consistently great coffee and other hot and cold drinks
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Taking orders and operating the register
Running food and drinks to tables
Clearing tables and keeping the café clean and presentable
Working efficiently during busy periods
Opening and/or closing the café when required
Working as part of a supportive and fast-paced team

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 2 years’ barista experience is essential for this position.

You’ll also need:

Strong coffee-making skills and confidence working independently on the coffee machine
Experience in a busy café or hospitality environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A friendly, positive and professional attitude
Reliability and punctuality
The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Good availability, including weekdays and weekends
MUST be able to work Monday & Tuesday
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
