Full Job Description

Service Desk Operator
As one of Western Australia’s first Managed Services Providers, we have been setting industry standards for more than 30 years. We pride ourselves on providing the most up-to-date and relevant technologies, solutions and systems. Our team is dedicated to delivering superior levels of service that transcend our competitors. Netlink strives for excellence, and we are looking for someone who holds themselves to these standards.
You will be responsible for end-user support, proactive maintenance, troubleshooting applications and hardware configurations along with project delivery support.
If you are successful in securing the role, you will gain exposure to various enterprise environments, such as software deployment, remote device management, networking, telephony and cloud infrastructure management.

What your day will look like?

Provide remote and onsite support to clients across the globe.
Provide first-level support to customers over the phone, via email, and in person.
Issue escalation as required.
IT systems monitoring.
IT systems & process documentation.
Workstation deployment and management.
User management via 0365 and Active directory.
What experience and qualifications do I need?
Entry-level IT qualification, Microsoft and Cisco.
TAFE or University ICT qualifications.
Relevant experience in a similar position.
Experience in computer hardware and software fault finding.
