As a Program Support Officer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative and business support to clients, staff, and visitors.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Program Support Officer – Community Nursing to join our Country Health Connect team within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. You will be an organised and proactive professional who enjoys supporting teams in a busy healthcare environment.
You will bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Sound computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- A collaborative and flexible approach to working as part of a team.
HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
As an integral member of our administration team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service by managing enquiries, answering calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating appointments and resources.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to staff, including assisting leadership and collaborating with internal teams.
- Manage key administrative functions such as ordering supplies, processing invoices, maintaining data systems, and supporting IT/help desk requests.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records, including updating, storing, retrieving, and managing client files in line with retention policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting teamwork, participating in planning and quality initiatives, and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, professional standards, and workplace health, safety, and diversity requirements, while supporting ongoing development and training.
