Job Title: Bartender – Italian Restaurant in Huskisson

Location: Huskisson, NSW
Job Type: Permanent Part-Time

About Us

We are a family-owned Italian restaurant located in the heart of Huskisson, offering authentic Italian cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are passionate about great food, excellent service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, experienced, and enthusiastic bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverages, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, coffees, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest has a great experience.
Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area.
Operate the POS system and process cash and card payments accurately.
Follow all RSA, health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
Work closely with the restaurant team to provide efficient and friendly service.

Requirements

Previous bartending or hospitality experience.
Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
Current NSW RSA Certificate (essential).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong team spirit.
