Experienced Gardens, Grounds & Cleaning Crew Members Needed
Location/Base: Underwood, QLD
EPMS Matson is looking for mature and highly experienced individuals to join our team. Please read the job details carefully, candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant experience will be strongly considered
Key Requirements: Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Confident in driving and reversing while towing a trailer a bonus but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of work.
Must be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
This is a physically demanding role, requiring fitness and endurance.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for overseeing grounds and property maintenance, including but not limited to: Lawn mowing and whipper snipping. Hedge and Tree Trimming, Blowing, General cleaning, Gardening, Weeding and Pruning, Minor landscaping, mulching, and rubbish removal and more
Work Conditions: The role is fast-paced and involves outdoor work in various weather conditions. Applicants must be able to work in the heat of summer and the wet season.
Team consists of a minimum of two workers, with no weekend work required.
Pay Rate:
STEP 1: Starting rate is approximately $31.19 per hour (CASUAL, Level 1), with potential increases based on level of experience, meeting performance requirements and demonstrating consistent commitment and leadership.
STEP 2: Individuals who display strong skills, reliability, and attend work consistently and on time may also be promoted to a FULL-TIME position.

Pay: $33.05 – $38.71 per hour
