400 Gradi Group is looking for a full-time, hands-on Procurement & Stock Logistics Coordinator to support Gradi Fine Foods, our food manufacturing facility and head office team.
This is a newly created support role within our growing company, helping coordinate procurement, incoming stock, supplier communication, inventory accuracy and logistics across our Fine Foods manufacturing facility.
Required: Procurement, stock control, logistics, supply chain or inventory experience preferred
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + super, depending on experience

We are seeking a hands-on Procurement & Stock Logistics Coordinator to support our growing manufacturing and distribution operations. This role will suit an experienced inventory, logistics or procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of stock accuracy, supplier management and supply continuity.
Candidates with experience in FMCG, supermarket distribution, food manufacturing, warehouse operations, or businesses supplying major retailers such as Coles and Woolworths, are strongly encouraged to apply.
About the Role
You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, warehouse and production staff, and management to ensure goods are ordered, received, checked and moved efficiently through the business.
This is a practical, hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and experience managing inventory, purchasing and logistics processes in a high-volume operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with procurement and ordering of stock, ingredients, packaging, supplies and consumables
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, availability, pricing, delivery timelines and follow-up
- Check incoming stock against purchase orders, invoices and delivery documentation
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages or delivery issues
- Support accurate stock control, stock movement and inventory records
- Monitor stock levels and assist with reorder requirements where needed
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries and internal stock movements
- Maintain accurate records across procurement, inventory and supplier documentation
- Communicate clearly with production, warehouse, finance and management teams
- Support process improvements across purchasing, receiving, logistics and stock control
- Assist with general administration connected to procurement and supply chain operations
About You
- Experience working with or supplying major retailers such as Coles and Woolworths, highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, stock control, logistics, inventory management or supply chain coordination
- Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, food distribution, supermarket distribution centres or high-volume warehouse environments
- Strong understanding of inventory control, replenishment processes and stock accuracy
- Experience coordinating suppliers, purchase orders, deliveries and inventory movements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Confident communicating with suppliers, transport providers and internal stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable working across both office and operational/site environments
- Experience with Excel, ERP systems, inventory management platforms or warehouse management systems
- Reliable, practical and proactive in your approach
