Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor to manage construction projects on a contract basis in the Mildura area. The successful candidate will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring that each job is executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Supervise all phases of construction from base stage to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate site teams, including subcontractors and laborers, to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, optimizing resource allocation for timely project delivery.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project expenses and maintain financial accountability to ensure jobs remain within budget.
- Safety Enforcement: Implement and uphold safety regulations and protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and resolutions to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., White Card, First Aid) are advantageous.
Contract Details:
- Engagement: Contract-based positions available for approximately 4-6 projects in the Mildura area.
- Duration: Each contract will vary based on project scope and timelines.
