Full Job Description

As a Service Engineer / Supervisor, you will report directly to the VIC Service Manager and be responsible for the following duties:

Servicing Leica GPS & TPS. The regular repair of assigned Leica products such as :

GPS(Leica iCon and Viva)

TPS(TPS400/700/800,TPS1100,TPS1200,TS11/15/16 & iCon, Flexline,

TS60/MS60, TS03,0710 & iCon

Support customers with technical inquiries
Liaising with clients, direct, phone and email
Record keeping, quotes and assist with data recording
Troubleshooting and analysing problem issues for iCon, Viva & Captivate.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 4 years experiences with Leica TPS/GPS products
Specific training undergone in Leica factory in Heerbrugg
Experience in preparing Leica Service Audit
Extensive knowledge of Leica GPS products, GPS1200 and GS15
Extensive knowledge of Leica TPS products TPS(TPS400/700/800,TPS1100,TPS1200,TS11/15/16,Flexline, TS60/MS60,TS03,07,10)
Desire to learn new technologies and skills, both via training and self-learning.
Work in a team environment is a must and the ability to work autonomously
Ability to solve problems and think laterally
Extensive knowledge of Machine Control Calibrations
