Full Job Description

The Role

Working directly alongside our Dental Prosthetist, your main mission is to manage our daily logistics and keep our schedule moving. This is an active, demanding role where you will travel to various clinic locations and own the administration from end to end.

You will be responsible for chasing strict laboratory deadlines, entering clinical notes, and managing payments. It is a role that will challenge you; you will frequently need to juggle multiple moving parts at once to ensure patient days run seamlessly. However, if you enjoy the puzzle of complex scheduling and seeing a plan come together, it is incredibly rewarding.

About You

This is not a role for someone who prefers a predictable, single-task environment. We need a sharp, organised individual who can keep multiple balls in the air without dropping them.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

High-Level Multitasking: The ability to think about three things at once—tracking a lab deadline, managing the current patient's account, and keeping the Prosthetist on schedule.
A "Get On With It" Attitude: You don't wait to be told what to do. When things get busy or a deadline is tight, you face the challenge head-on and find a solution.
Intergenerational Rapport: You can pivot effortlessly from comforting an elderly denture patient to communicating professionally with lab technicians and colleagues.
Mobility & Flexibility: A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential. Your main routine will involve traveling to Craigieburn, Epping, and Templestowe (once a week), with ad-hoc travel to other locations when required.
Willingness to Learn: No dental background required, but you must be ready to quickly learn basic infection control and clinical protocols.
Location: Based across Craigieburn, Epping, and Templestowe (plus ad-hoc travel to other sites)
Work Type: Full-Time, Part-Time or Casual option available (dependent on applicant)
