Full Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Vehicle Assembler to join our Laverton team. If you take pride in doing things right the first time and enjoy working with a strong crew that values quality and efficiency, this role is for you.

This is a full-time role - Monday to Friday, 7.00 am to 3.30 pm.

As a Vehicle Assembler, you’ll be responsible for reassembling repaired vehicles to ensure they’re safe, operable and ready for the next stage of the process. Your work plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the role:

Quality‑check vehicles upon receipt to ensure all prior work is complete
Reassemble vehicles following documented procedures and company standards
Test and assess vehicle operability and safety
Maintain a clean and compliant workspace (WHS & QA standards)
Communicate effectively with Production, Estimators and Customer Relations
Move vehicles on site
Respect customer vehicles, company equipment and security guidelines
Support a positive team environment and uphold uniform standards

Ability to follow procedures and reassemble vehicles accurately
