Multiple Academic Opportunities Available
Due to sustained growth, we are now seeking exceptional academics to join our inclusive and collaborative team, delivering excellent teaching to our students, and engaging in impactful, meaningful research. Appointments are available across both Teaching & Research and Education-Focused positions, at levels B (Lecturer) and C (Senior Lecturer). We are open to applications from those looking for fractional as well as full time appointments.
Teaching & Research Roles
In these positions, you will make contributions to the educational activities of the Faculty and University, as well as maintaining and developing your scholarly, research and discipline-relevant professional and engagement activities.
Education-Focused Roles
In these positions, your primary role is in the provision of excellent teaching and associated activities in the Faculty, being involved in educational design and delivery, and educational leadership (including educational or discipline based scholarship).

We are interested to hear from outstanding academics in all areas of Law, and particularly welcome applications from individuals in disciplines that will further strengthen our teaching offerings, such as:
- Administrative Law, Contracts, Employment Law, Family Law, Intellectual Property Law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Statutory Interpretation
We welcome interest from legal scholars who take all and any approaches to their research (doctrinal, historical, comparative, theoretical/philosophical and so on) as we look to build our capacity and expertise in socio-legal and empirical legal scholarship and methodologies.
Additionally, with the largest clinical legal education programme in Australia and celebrating 50 years of clinics last year, we are interested to hear from those who are able to further strengthen our clinical expertise.
