We are seeking expressions of interest for Casual Food & Domestic Assistant (Pantry) to support our essential services team at Beechworth Health Service.

About the Role:
-
Stocking unit kitchens with snacks, milk, and condiments for patients & Staff.

Washing dishes, sanitizing food trolleys, and maintaining a hygienic pantry environment.

Receiving and distributing delivery of stores items.
-
Distributing trays to patient rooms, pouring beverages, and collecting dirty trays after mealtimes.
-
Ensuring patients receive the correct meals for their specific medical needs.

Ensure that daily checklists, quality audit tools are completed as required.
About You:

Evidence of ability to work to a high standard with minimal supervision and commitment to work as part of a team

Evidence of interpersonal skills, with a friendly manner when dealing with residents, patients, clients, staff & community members

Genuine desire to work in the hospitality service and perform cleaning duties within a health service environment

Evidence of good personal hygiene standards and understanding of BHS infection control policies and procedures
-
Evidence of willingness to work weekends and variable shifts as required

Evidence of contribution to build a positive team culture

Excellent work ethic and time management skills
