Full Job Description

Tent Crew Member – Touring Circus

Circus Royale is seeking motivated and reliable Tent Crew Members to join our team on a long-term basis.

This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy physical work, can adapt to a variety of tasks, and are comfortable working as part of a close-knit touring team. Previous experience in labouring, event infrastructure, tent management, construction, or similar industries is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of circus tents and equipment.
Performing general site, tent, and circus maintenance.
Supporting day-to-day operational requirements across various departments.
Working safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
Contributing to a positive and professional team culture while on tour.

Preferred Qualifications

Current driver's licence (essential).
Previous labouring, construction, event setup, or tent management experience.
Forklift licence/certification (highly regarded).
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to perform physical tasks and adapt to changing operational needs.

Onsite Living & Touring

Successful applicants will live onsite in caravan-style accommodation and travel with the show as it tours throughout Victoria.
