Full-time, permanent contract | Based primarily at South Melbourne or Bentleigh East depending on preference.

As Team Leader, Child, Adult & Family Therapies, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team delivering NDIS and state-funded services that support children, adults and families to thrive. From early intervention and school readiness to allied health and disability supports, you'll play a key role in strengthening services, growing capability and improving outcomes for our community.

About the Role

This is more than an operational leadership position.

You'll inspire and support a team of clinicians and practitioners, ensuring high-quality, person-centred services while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Working closely with the Program Manager, you'll

Lead day-to-day service operations and workforce planning
Support staff through coaching, supervision and professional development
Drive quality, performance and service improvement initiatives
Identify opportunities for program growth and innovation
Strengthen multidisciplinary practice and integrated care
Ensure services meet funding, quality and compliance requirements
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

You're a confident and collaborative leader who enjoys developing people and creating high-performing teams.

You bring:

A relevant tertiary qualification and professional registration (where applicable)
Leadership experience within health, disability, allied health or community services
Experience managing service delivery, quality and performance outcomes
Strong operational, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
A passion for person-centred, trauma-informed and culturally safe practice
