The Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate Auditor to join our Audit & Assurance division. In this role, you will be exposed to a varied client base across a wide range of industries, giving you the chance to broaden your technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Work in a team to undertake external audit engagements across a range of industries and sizes.
Complete planning sections of audit files without supervision.
Provide mentorship and guidance to our undergraduate and graduate Auditors.
Assess and analyse financial statements, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
Liaise with clients and build strong relationships.
Provide recommendations to clients after understanding and assessing internal controls.
Complete assigned work in a timely manner with little to no review points.

About You

Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree.
Have commenced the Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
1+ years External Audit experience.
Broad industry experience, including experience on client engagement in the following industries: Mining, Manufacturing, Schools, Biotech, Financial Services, Technology, Not-for-profits
Knowledge of the following software: Caseware, Extractly.ai, Accuri, Cradle Accounting, Xero, Sage, Business Central, SAP.
Ability to demonstrate sound technical knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Further Information
- $75,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.

This position will be based at our Melbourne CBD office with hybrid WFH options.
Some travel is required for client visits.
