Front of House Supervisor – North Burleigh Surf Life Saving Supporters Club

Our beachside venue at North Burleigh Surf Life Saving Supporters Club is looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join our growing team. Following a major renovation and a huge increase in business, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced and vibrant hospitality environment.

About the Role:
As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the floor team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will support management in maintaining high service standards while fostering a positive and professional team culture.

About You:
You are confident, approachable, and lead by example. You thrive in a busy environment, communicate effectively with both guests and team members, and take pride in creating memorable customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to high service standards

The Role:

Casual position
Rotating roster across 7 days
Full availability required, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
This role is not suitable for school students
