What You'll Be Doing
You will lead the execution and growth of Academy programmes across the region by:
- Building and expanding educational experiences including self-service learning, group programmes, peer communities and coaching offerings
- Facilitating peer groups that help business leaders learn from one another and accelerate growth
- Delivering engaging workshops, presentations and learning experiences that inspire action
- Providing executive and operational coaching that helps partners improve business performance
- ✍️ Creating thought leadership content that strengthens Academy awareness and credibility
- Representing Pax8 at industry events, partner conferences and community engagements
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape Academy strategy, objectives and long-term growth plans
- Measuring impact, reporting outcomes and continuously improving learning effectiveness
- Championing continuous learning by embracing new technologies, methodologies and development opportunities

What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Substantial experience leading operational teams within managed service provider environments
- Demonstrated success helping organisations improve operational maturity through consultancy, coaching or transformation programmes
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide strategic business conversations
- Considerable experience facilitating learning, workshops, coaching sessions or peer-led communities
- Strong commercial awareness combined with a genuine passion for helping others succeed
- Confidence presenting to audiences of varying sizes, both virtually and in person
- Proficiency using modern business technologies and productivity platforms
- A growth mindset with curiosity for emerging technologies, including AI-enabled business solutions
- An authentic, collaborative and partner-first approach that aligns with Pax8 behaviours and culture
