A great opportunity
We are seeking a warm, engaging, and passionate Aqua Fitness Instructor to connect with our members across our Aqua Bootcamp, Hydro Rider, and Actives classes. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for aquatics and fitness, along with a genuine desire to encourage, support, and motivate members of all abilities to achieve their health and fitness goals with confident communication. This Casual role (with an opportunity for the right candidate to move to permanent part time) focuses on shallow-water aqua aerobics only, primarily working with older adults and participants seeking low-impact, joint-friendly exercise. The role requires someone who can quickly build rapport, create welcoming and inclusive water-based sessions for all confidence and fitness levels, and who loves working with people as much as they love movement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Must be available to work early mornings and evenings

Warm, engaging and confident communicator

Certificate III in Fitness qualification

Aqua Fitness qualification (or willingness to obtain - fully funded by us if not yet qualified!)

Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Previous experience desirable
