What you’ll be doing
As a Guest Service Attendant, you’ll:

Welcome guests on arrival and provide friendly, professional service

Manage check‑ins and check‑outs, including bookings and payments

Answer guest enquiries about the park, local area, facilities and activities
-
Assist with phone and email reservations and general reception duties
-
Help guests with any issues and find solutions quickly and calmly
-
Provide information about park rules, safety and amenities
-
Support day‑to‑day reception tasks, such as filing, data entry and cash handling
-
Work closely with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, activities) to deliver a smooth guest experience
About you
You’re the kind of person who:

Loves interacting with people and delivering great customer service
-
Is confident using computers and picking up new systems
-
Stays calm, polite and professional – even when things get busy
-
Is organised, reliable and has good attention to detail
-
Can work a mix of weekdays, weekends, school holidays and public holidays
Ideally, you’ll also have:
-
Experience in customer service, reception, tourism, hospitality or similar
-
Cash handling and/or booking system experience (front office systems highly regarded)
-
Good local knowledge of the Forster–Tuncurry area, or willingness to learn
If you’re friendly, helpful and keen to learn, we’re happy to train the right person.
