TUMUT – Home Care Worker (NDIS & Aged Care) – Casual

Lilacare Pty Ltd – Tumut Region

Join a Growing Local Care Team

Lilacare is seeking caring, reliable and motivated Home Care Workers to support NDIS and aged care clients within the Tumut region.

We are specifically looking to build a strong local workforce to provide person-centred care and support to clients in their homes and community.

About the Role

As a Home Care Worker, you will assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, community access and support services while promoting independence, dignity and quality of life.

Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and community access support depending on client needs.

Essential Requirements

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or similar field
Current Driver’s Licence
Reliable insured vehicle
Strong communication and documentation skills
Right to work in Australia

Experience in disability, aged care or community services preferred
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
